  • ACTS Appraisal is a state of the art Performance appraisal system that allow the company to design customised appraisals to measure the KPI's of each key area of their business. This design allows the user to set up different scoring models with different weightings that best suit the needs of their departments and employees.

  • Employee motivation can be enhanced and performance improved with the monitoring of employees' performance levels and the use of feedback to advise those employees about their effectiveness. Performance feedback exchanges can be ongoing and informal, on a day-to-day coaching basis or on a formal basis, quarterly or biannually.
